You should remove your dentures at night and soak your dentures in a denture cleanser and follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Most dentures shouldn’t be kept dry overnight as they can lose their shape.
You should clean your dentures at least twice a day. You should gently brush your dentures with a soft-bristled brush and non-abrasive denture cleanser to remove any plaque, food or other deposits. Careful not to use hot water as this can warp the plastic. Avoid using abrasive materials such as brushes with stiff bristles, whitening toothpaste, or products such as bleach as these can damage your dentures.
