Cancellation Policy

We understand it is sometimes necessary for our patients to change appointments.

If you are unable to attend we ask you to kindly give us a minimum of 48 hours notice so that we can best schedule and look after all our patients. We reserve the right to ask for deposits when booking appointments with the balance payable on the day of treatment.

The deposit may be retained if an appointment is not kept or cancelled without adequate notice.

A late cancellation/failed attendance charge will be made based on a cost of £1.5 per minute of appointment duration. Whilst this charge will not fully cover the cost of the lost treatment time it will allow us to pay our team and to partly cover our overheads which helps to prevent raising our prices unnecessarily. No appointments can be made until the late cancellation/failed attendance fee has been paid.
